Fix: Throw CanNotResolve instead of ResolvedToRootSchema when JSON pointer is invalid #202

This pull request

  • throws a CanNotResolve exception instead of a ResolvedToRootSchema exception when a JSON pointer is not a valid URI fragment identifier
