What this PR does / why we need it:
Adds yarn resolutions to fix vulnerabilites in Docusaurus +
yarn installto update the lockfile. Similar to the changes done here and commented here.(The vulnerability fix on Docusaurus' end has not been backported to v2 yet, so we need the resolutions)
