Add deprecation of Ember array prototype extensions to issue 204

• Link to external article/repo/etc in paragraph/body text, not just the writeup title (link in writeup title is optional now)

What it does

Add a section covering:

• RFC merged for deprecation of Ember array prototype extensions
• Ember array prototype extensions disabled by default in ember-cli blueprint
• Lint rule autofixer implemented for Ember array prototype extensions

NOTE: This is a draft until:

• DONE: This is released in ember-cli:
  • [ENHANCEMENT] Disable prototype extensions by default in app blueprint ember-cli/ember-cli#10017
• DONE: The lint rule autofixer is released as v11.1.0 of eslint-plugin-ember:
  • Rules that need autofixers ember-cli/eslint-plugin-ember#1556
