- incorporate changes from Updated packages and ember-cli-deploy #46 (with attribution)
- runs ember-cli-update to update remaining files to match the Ember 2.18 blueprint
- remove bower usage in .travis.yml and bower.json
- update CI flags for chrome
- update all packages to latest versions (squelching deprecations)
- update tests to Add new QUnit testing API. emberjs/rfcs#232 style
