Initial Release

The initial release of the Syncthing Reset system.

The syncthing reset system is intended for use when an update goes ary. you can run the script and it does all of the work for you to replace the damaged syncthing components.

v1.0's features are as follows:

• Creates a shortcut
• Adds/Replaces (if it exists) the scheduled task
• Replaces the Syncthing files with the user specified files
• Makes sure that the user is ware of what the reset system is doing
