Describe the bug:
The index mappings tab displays an error or warning message when viewing mappings for a backing index.

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Index Management --> Indices tab
  2. Select a backing index (i.e., prefixed with .ds-)
  3. Navigate to the "Mappings" tab. Note that an error displays when the "list" view is enabled (default behavior)

Expected behavior:
The "list" mapping view should work for all indices.

Workaround
Use can toggle the "JSON" view and mappings will display in JSON format.

Screenshots (if relevant):
This appears to be an issue on both serverless and stateful. However, I see different types of error messages.
