Context
Constellation consumes some of its dependencies from edgeless-related forks. Inspecting these forks, some turned out not to be needed anymore:
tink-goupdated Bazel visibility in v2.1.0go-sev-guestwas pinned in api: for Azure attestationconfigapi use TCB values from SNP report instead of MAA token #2429 with the comment "fix go-sev-guest library version to newer hash on main, because current release has debug prints".
