Gnome Shell Extension to remove the Accessibility icon.

Installation:

$ mkdir -p ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions
$ cd ~/.local/share/gnome-shell/extensions
$ git clone https://github.com/ecoleman/noa11y-colemando.com.git

Press ALT+F2, type 'r' and hit enter.

Note, the name of the extension directory is important.  gnome-shell
will not load the extension otherwise.
