Brief description of the PR. This PR tries to cope with the changes introduced by the new version of H2.

Related Issue: N/A.

Description of the solution adopted: Set of changes introduced by the new version of H2:

• VARBINARY maximum column size restricted to 1MB from previous 16MB, limits on other types are also updated (Define length limits for non-LOB data types h2database/h2database#2850)
• VARCHAR columns with size specified using CHAR unit are no more recognized, now use CHARACTERS
• IDENTITY columns where type is specified now need additional clauses
• DATEADD function does no more support ? parameters in the dateAndTime fields
• IDENTITY() and SCOPE_IDENTITY() functions to retrieve the ID of the last inserted row have been removed, they can be used only in legacy mode (Add IDENTITY() and SCOPE_IDENTITY() to LEGACY mode h2database/h2database#3381)
• LOG connection parameter not more supported; the transaction log is always enabled for persistent DBs
• DB created with older versions might not be readable; migration needed (see H2 documentation)
• LIMIT is not a keyword anymore in compatibility modes where it isn't supported as an alternative to FETCH (Add UNIQUE(VALUE) and remove some non-standard keywords h2database/h2database#3305)
• MINUS is no more allowed in compatibility modes where it shouldn't be available and it is also not a keyword in these modes any more (Add UNIQUE(VALUE) and remove some non-standard keywords h2database/h2database#3305)
• INTERSECTS is no more a keyword (Add UNIQUE(VALUE) and remove some non-standard keywords h2database/h2database#3305)

there are no errors. Approving to merge (from qa point of view).
There are no errors after executing complex sql queries. Able to download snapshot larger then 1MB (from EC).
Regressing has passed without errors. Tests are improved.

New H2Db version came out, I will update this PR.
