gitlab.eclipse.org bot should have the same template username eclipse-<shortname>-bot as other services: github, gerrit, matrix, ossrh

NOTE: 37 gitlab bots already exist.

I don't have a strong opinion about this. What do you suggest to do about the existing GitLab bots without the eclipse- prefix?

@fredg02 what would be the impacts of renaming a gitlab bot username?

I have the feeling that the impact is limited. With use mostly tokens API access, or ssh for git.

We can try first with gitlab's internal bot and see if there are any side effect.
