- migrate npm to yarn
- upgrade to Serverless v3

- migrate webpack to esbuild
- reduce unused features
- migrate JS to TypeScript

- best practices restructure
- Apollo Serverless Federation example(?)
- upgrade serverless to v3 - upgrade serverless plugins to latest - replace webpack with esbuild - remove unused plugins and deprecated plugins
- remove unused plugins - remove old hacks/patterns and unused features - remove webpack config - unset customizable features like profile & environment - use new parameters feature
