npm ci

sudo sysctl -w net.ipv4.ip_unprivileged_port_start=0

QUIET: if true, suppresses the log output from the @small-tech/https server, which handles the SSL certificates (optional)
SITE_HOST: The site's domain name. Used for registering the SSL certificate, and is used in URLs (required)
