Summary

Updated document for XmlAttributeProperties.GetXmlNamespaceMaps and XmlAttributeProperties.SetXmlNamespaceMaps in correspond to fix for the issue : XmlAttributeProperties.GetXmlNamespaceMaps throws System.InvalidCastException

@anjali-wpf Most of the content you update is automatically generated when the ingestion process reflects over the input DLLs. These will be updated automatically for each .NET 9 preview. The only content that's not autogenerated is the content inside the <Docs> element.
