fix: maximum redirects reached in node-fetch@2.6.3 #35

node-fetch 2.6.3 is incompatible with the testrail api, so for a quick fix I will temporarily switch to 2.6.2

see: node-fetch/node-fetch#1300

@dlenroc sorry for the breakage here, this was fixed in 2.6.4 and we have added a test case so that this will never break again!
