Introduce two configuration attributes `back_to_site_link_text` and `back_to_site_link_path`. It is used to display the backlink to the original site.

In this PR we introduced backlink to the site discourse#220 This PR introduces a fixed position menu on top. Without it, when there are a lot of errors, the user has to scroll to the top to see the back button.
