The esbuild-plugin-browserslist plugin requires v0.13 of esbuild. I pinned the version of esbuild for this project at v0.13 until nihalgonsalves/esbuild-plugin-browserslist#19 is resolved.
v6.14 of Storybook introduces a regression which prevents Storybook stories from loading (see storybookjs/storybook#14877). I pinned Storybook at v6.13 until storybookjs/storybook#16727 is closed.
