This PR converts gson integration to use a compile-only source set instead of the current reflection-based approach.

Thanks, this is a great change, much cleaner now. Were you motivated to tackle this for the sake of cleaning it up? Or are there other features you're looking to add, and this cleanup is the first step? Regardless, it's great to have the cleanup in its own PR :)

Thanks, this is a great change, much cleaner now. Were you motivated to tackle this for the sake of cleaning it up? Or are there other features you're looking to add, and this cleanup is the first step? Regardless, it's great to have the cleanup in its own PR :)

I did this just for the sake of clean-up :)
I don't like leaving technical debts. Maybe it's the occupational hazard of being a corporate software engineer :D
