The goal of the app is to scratch one of our personal itches as a remote team: handling our holidays.

$ git clone git@github.com:diacode/holidays.git
$ bundle install
$ npm install -g webpack
$ npm install
$ rake db:setup
$ foreman start -f Procfile.dev

Slack notifications¶ ↑

If you use Slack and you want to receive notifications about vacation requests activity in a certain channel don’t forget to set the SLACK_WEBHOOK_URL environment variable pointing to the webhook url.
