Update of containerd to 1.6.18 because of containerd/containerd#7848

Why do we need it, and what problem does it solve?

Fix issue containerd/containerd#7848 consequences

What is the expected result?

1. Restart kubelet on nodes
2. Check events

kubectl get events -A | grep -i SandboxChanged
