Changes:

Added config for DigitalOcean with database, registry and Kubernetes cluster
Removed experiments = [module_variable_optional_attrs], because it's no longer available in new terraform version
Upgraded DO provider version
Moved terraform.tfstate to S3 to hide sensitive information
Added registry name as variable, because it should be unique

To do:

Setup domain name and uncomment ingress
