Yeah, I missed one of the existing tests - not sure why it was previously passing (and is now failing with this change). I'll look into it tomorrow, the test failures are real (not flake). Probably add this as a test case rather than a separate e2e test, now that I know where the other tests are located. |

I wonder why this test wasn't failing. It uses a spec with % in the path and the spec name. |

%in the filename no longer fail to load, and now behave as any other spec.Additional details
The Cypress runner was failing to URI encode the spec filename before requesting it from the server, resulting in failure to retrieve the spec file.
