Update clean-webpack-plugin to the latest version 🚀 (#34)

## The devDependency [clean-webpack-plugin](https://github.com/johnagan/clean-webpack-plugin) was updated from `1.0.1` to `2.0.0`.
This version is **not covered** by your **current version range**.
