fix(templates): headings should be surrounded by blank lines on `markdownlint MD022` feat(templates): moved date from heading to cool table view feat(templates): header `isPatch` shuld be always `###` else `##` on `minor` and `major` feat(templates): title `BREAKING CHANGES` also always shuld be `###` on heading - another tile also will be change, outline symbols in `vs code` now show nice content - blank scpace in `footer.bhs` is required
