Add kubernetes v1.25 supported version as v1.24

There seems to be no containerd related change

CRI changes are like below(v1.25 with v1.24):

• in-place resource update CRI changes to support in-place pod resize kubernetes/kubernetes#111645
• evented PLEG Update CRI API to support Evented PLEG kubernetes/kubernetes#111642
• user namespace kubelet: add CRI definitions for user namespaces kubernetes/kubernetes#110535
• checkpoint support Minimal checkpointing support kubernetes/kubernetes#104907

containerd v1.6.8 is using cri-api v0.23.1 that is same as containerd v1.6.4

I'm waiting for a containerd member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line. Until that is done, I will not automatically test new commits in this PR, but the usual testing commands by org members will still work. Regular contributors should join the org to skip this step.

Once the patch is verified, the new status will be reflected by the ok-to-test label.
