Be able to generate build info content from nodes that are not marked as build in the graph

Add --add-cached-deps as argument to be able to generate BuildInfo information for nodes that are not marked as Build
This covers the case, for example, that we want to do a conan install on an application that uses dependencies already cached by conan and we want to use the BuildInfo to make a security scan of the used libraries, for example
