Please use this wiki for project-related doc that doesn't seem to have a home elsewhere. It's kind of informal right now. See also the readme file, which has general info for setting up the software.

There is an old wiki in the Docs repository. Anything about C#, .NET, or Postgres is out of date. (We started down that path and then switched to Ruby.)
