This change is intentionally against
masterThe attempt in #18371 did not succeed, and Netlify tried and failed to build
masteragain today (https://app.netlify.com/sites/cockroachdb-docs/deploys/65f222fc3ee9a80008b1ebc6). Maybe removing all of the Netlify build config and scripts frommasterwill make it stop. It seems low risk to try.(It's expected that there is no deploy preview)
