BooksPWA

A simple Angular PWA book search app using openlibrary API. It uses okta hosted login authentication. Create a free developer edition account in case you don't have any account.Get started from here and refer their documentation.

get started

  1. clone the repo :
`git clone https://github.com/charlie39/BooksPWA.git`
  1. replace the placeholders from src/app/app.module.ts enter your okta domain and client ID.
  1. install the dependencies:
`npm install`
  1. build the project
`ng build --prod`
  1. start the http-server-pwa server
`http-sever-pwa dist/BooksPWA/ index.html 8080`

6 . Open your browser and go to localhost:8080. Wait for the authentication and then search any books from the search bar.

This project was generated with Angular CLI version 8.1.0.

Development server

Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The app will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

Code scaffolding

Run ng generate component component-name to generate a new component. You can also use ng generate directive|pipe|service|class|guard|interface|enum|module.

Build

Run ng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory. Use the --prod flag for a production build.

Running unit tests

Run ng test to execute the unit tests via Karma.

Running end-to-end tests

Run ng e2e to execute the end-to-end tests via Protractor.
