Summary
This PR moves docs from the
terra-applicationpackage toterra-application-docsfor easier maintenance, instead of having to update the documentation across 2 packages. Some of the imports were also updated. It also removes Node <14 and npm 6 support at the root level as the repo will not build in those environments (this only affects developers working in this repo, not the published packages).Testing
