The objective for this project is the following:

1. Provide a test project that shows a full CICD lifecycle for python
2. That includes semantic versioning
3. It leverages github actions to do so.
4. That integration also can be used to automatically generate python documentation.
5. Enforcement includes mypy thresholds.
