Added Presets capability You can now add presets for selection that will change all of the settings. I have included one 'Kick' preset that doesn't sound like a Kick at all but I'll mess with it when I have more time later to make it sound more accurate.

So I added the ability to create and select presets in the app, this will automatically change the instrument's values to make the sound of a particular instrument.
I've added an example 'Kick' preset, which at present doesn't sound much like a Kick at all, but I'll mess with the values later and add a few more presets when I get a chance, I should be able to work on it a lot over the weekend.
