exportableTSNames
should probably be anew Set()
?@babel/traverse
's scope tracking supports TypeScript. If it does, we could checkpath.sope.getBinding(exportSpecifier.local.name)
instead of usingexportableTSNames

scope.getBinding
doesn't seem to work for TS type declarations
