As a separate set of models from malformed request tests, Smithy publishes malformed request tests for built-in validation, which exercises how the SSDK rejects requests that do not obey the modeled constraints (such as length, pattern, etc).

Description
As a separate set of models from malformed request tests, Smithy publishes
malformed request tests for built-in validation, which exercises how the SSDK
rejects requests that do not obey the modeled constraints (such as length,
pattern, etc).
