Correct the order of DefaultCredentialsProvider

Motivation and Context

Current DefaultCredentialsProvider has the wrong order of ProfileCredentialsProvider and WebIdentityTokenFileCredentialsProvider.

Modifications

Moving ProfileCredentialsProvider to be after WebIdentityTokenFileCredentialsProvider.
