Kohana Multiformat Config/I18n Thing

Allows you to use files other than PHP arrays for Kohana 3.x config and i18n!

Currently supports the following:
    * Standard PHP Arrays
    * JSON
    * INI
    * YAML (through spyc - http://code.google.com/p/spyc/ - in vendors folder)
    
How to use it:

    *Copy files to modules/multiformat
    *Enable the module

    For Config
        Add this to the bootstrap.php:
    
        Kohana::$config->attach(new Multiformat_Config_File);
    
        Make sure to use that line *under* the module definition (and replace the Kohana_Config_File attachment I guess?)
    
    For i18n
        Should just work!
