  1. Disable tests failing on Windows 

    * The conversion shell scripts cannot be executed on Windows.
* Path related tests trying to create symbolic links fail with an
exception on Windows, as documented in
java.nio.file.Files.createSymbolicLink(Path, Path, FileAttribute<?>...)
