I did not bumped:

• github.com/arduino/arduino-cli because it adds a lot of indirect dependencies
• github.com/getlantern/systray because of Bump github.com/getlantern/systray from 1.1.0 to 1.2.1 #697 (review)
• github.com/go-ini/ini because of Bump github.com/go-ini/ini from 1.62.0 to 1.67.0 #723 (comment)
• github.com/googollee/go-socket.io because the API have changed significantly, and the codebase of the agent needs some adjustments
• goa.design/goa because I still don't know much on how it works

Every other dependency has been updated to the latest version available.
