  2. MJAVADOC-775 Permit JARs when using taglets/taglet/tagletpath 

    New method JavadocUtil::prunePaths takes care of pruning classpaths
correctly, the existing JavadocUtil::pruneDirs is now just a special
case delegating to prunePaths.
