Description of the feature

Increase exposure of the PyMAPDL examples by including the version in their deployment.

To close this issue, we need to be able to tag the commits we are pushing to the docs repo. Currently this is not a feature of the GitHub action we are using (https://github.com/JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action), and it is not my intention, neither to break apart that action, neither for it.

Hence I'm proposing to add the tag feature to the mentioned GitHub action. You can track its progress in here:

PR (JamesIves/github-pages-deploy-action#1142) has been approved. I should work on the second part of this.
