Initial cleanup results

This release presents the initial results of cleaning up the i7z codebase and fixing several bugs.

• Better support for >= Sandy Bridge, including fixed recognition of C7 sleep states
• Fixed potential segfaults and removed some code designed to work around them
• Major cleanup and reorganization should enable more improvements in the future
• Startup time should now be several seconds faster
