To make consistency to original square/moshi.

related PR description: square/moshi#1353

This is to make an option to disable proguard rule generating.
I put an option argument : moshi.enabledProguardGenerated.
Once it sets false, it will skip to generate proguard rule.

Issue : square/moshi#1351

Continued in #133. In the future - it helps if you allow edits from maintainers so we can spot fix any remaining issues
