Use --format=json for version 4+. Continue using --json for older versions.

version 3.1.0 (2021-03) adds --format=json
Add --format option to allow loading custom formatters ember-template-lint/ember-template-lint#1340
version 3.3.0 (2021-04) deprecates --json
Deprecate --json option in favor of --format=json. ember-template-lint/ember-template-lint#1907
version 4.0.0 (2022-01) removes --json
Remove CLI option --json ember-template-lint/ember-template-lint#2193

Fixes #428

I think it's this issue: JetBrains/intellij-platform-gradle-plugin#990

It works for me after running a clean. I tested against template-lint 2.21 and 4.10.
