Existing HFDTM and new related headers HFALG and HFALP according to FAI Sporting Code 2021 0.9.0 - sections 3.2.3 & 3.4

Added parser logic and extended tests
Possibly more flavours of WGS84/WGS-84,... for the HFDTM100GPSDATUM header need to be accepted
