As it turns out not everyone is ready to upgrade to `glam 0.24` or is very slow at it (or the pace of `glam` is just very high...). Allow everyone to catch up at their own regard by not forcing a specific `glam` version for `vdb-rs`, as long as this compiles. Note that the indirect `hexasphere 8.1.0` dependency of `bevy_render 0.10.1` (one of our `dev-dependencies`) is currently locked at `0.23.0` for example.
