Learn FRC for Newbies

This is a github repo to learn FRC, Java, etc

Getting Started

You are gonna need some tools first

Pathplanner	https://github.com/mjansen4857/pathplanner
Elastic Dashboard	https://github.com/Gold872/elastic-dashboard

WPILIB

Head over to link and scroll down and find this

Versions depends on the year so download the appropriate version

Click the Downloads Button and scroll down and find this

Click Download for your appropriate OS and burn ISO.

Click Open and it should bring you to this page

Run WPIlibInstaller.exe

If you get Window Protected your PC click More Info then Run anyways

Click Start and choose for who to install it for.

Now choose the first option (Download for this computer only) then click next

Now you are installing WPILib and wait for the installer to finish then you can eject the CD.

FRC Game Tools

Click Download or Install Offline

Select I accept the above license agreement and press Next

Then click Next which should install the package manager

This is optional if you want but I'm not gonna need it so I'm not installing it.

You are gonna get another license agreement just accept and click Next

Click Next and sit back and relax for it download for you

Pathplanner

You can get path planner very easy in Microsoft Store or Apple Store or in Github

You can also download through installer just click

Download the appropriate OS for you then extract the ZIP file then run the application

Elastic Dashboard

You can only get this through Github

Simlar to Pathplanner you press Releases

Get the appropriate OS version for yourself and extract the ZIP for the application.
