Update Member profile page to display:

  • Email opt-out status

Technical Design

  1. Add flag to allow Email at member level (default true)
  2. Refactor Email reminder controller to use this flag.
  3. Allow editing of Email opt in/out status by member

Note, there is a SendGrid webhook to effect unsubscribe, but this is out of scope.
