Offers in the past are not able to be accepted or declined.

The buttons for both Accept and Decline are visible on the Request page.

Accept does the check but fails at the confirmation (expected)
Decline shows a confirmation and then allows a confirmation.

Things to happen instead

Hide the Accept and Decline buttons for offers in the past
Prevent Decline for offers in the past.
