Changes from v3.1.4:

Fix IE11 memory leak (see Fix ie11 memory leak #429).
Handle 2 nodejs deprecations (see Handle 2 nodejs deprecations #459).
Improve the "unsupported format" error message (see Improve the "unsupported format" error message #461).
Improve webworker compatibility (see #296 - Replacing window references with self to allow running in a WebWorker #468).
Fix nodejs 0.10 compatibility (see Fix nodejs 0.10 compatibility #480).
Improve the error without type in async() (see Improve the error without type in async() #481).
