In order to build you must have tesseract, leptonica, and pqxx (postgreSQL sdk for c++) installed for your configuration (debug/release, x86/x64).
Put the english trained data in C:\Program Files\Tesseract-OCR\tessdata
This project only has one file that you need to build.
Build source.cpp and you should be able to run the program.
