Elastic: Namespace Debugging

Following up on #1878 discussion.

This is the idea of creating a new dashboard in Elastic, that would allow to access most of the debugging information in one easy place.

We could pick the namespace, and base on that show:

• notebooks
• pods
• pvcs
• poddefaults
• Any other information judged relevant

With their information and logs if error has occured/

In my head this functions similarly to what we have in Grafana for say namespace compute metrics and could act as a first stop for developers when debugging instead of relying on L in k9s
